Medrash Torah VeHayim
Located on the second floor through a private entrance, the Medrash Torah VeHayim is a 1,700 square foot book-lined study hall used continuously for daily prayers, learning, special lectures, and father-and-son programs.
The Kehila Centre offers an endless list of learning opportunities for adults, young couples, and teenagers — in English, Hebrew, and Spanish — transmitted against a backdrop of love and reverence for HaShem, Torah, and Israel.

Mikve Ma'ayan Hasimha
Dedicated in honour of Mrs. Simy Benquesus z”l, the elegant and luxurious Mikve Ma'ayan Hasimha first opened its doors on Rosh Hodesh Nisan, 1999. Its name means “Spring of Happiness.”
Featuring five beautifully appointed, fully equipped preparation rooms, a steam room, a spacious waiting area, a bride's room, and private underground parking, the Mikve welcomes women of all Jewish backgrounds and traditions. The bridal room offers a special space for a bride and her family to celebrate her first visit.

The Sephardic Kehila Centre's grand banquet hall has hosted countless weddings, bar and bat mitzvahs, britot, and corporate galas. Seating 500 guests at tables or 1,000 theatre-style, the hall features a dance floor, soaring 32-foot ceilings, dramatic draping, and a grand cocktail area with floor-to-ceiling windows and an authentic Moroccan fountain.

State-of-the-Art Gymnasium
At the heart of community life, the Sephardic Kehila Centre's state-of-the-art gymnasium brings energy and connection to members of all ages. A full-size basketball court anchors the space, finished with brand-new professional-grade hardwood flooring, regulation hoops and nets, crisp court markings, and premium overhead lighting.
From youth leagues and school athletics to community tournaments and special events, the gymnasium is a vibrant hub for health, sportsmanship, and friendship. Whether it's a spirited game, a family fitness program, or a community-wide celebration, our doors are open to every generation.
